What is HeatForm?
HeatForm is a range of specialist pool and home products designed and manufactured in Plymouth, Devon. Our flag ship panel pool system was designed to bridge a gap in the market for more environmentally sustainable, flexible and energy efficient solutions within the pool construction industry.
HeatForm is an insulated, modular panel pool system made using the latest in composite materials and energy- efficient technology. From smaller domestic exercise pools up to large commercial installations, it is quick and easy to install. The flexible nature of the system means it is a popular choice for hard to reach areas such as those with sloping terrain, where other pool systems are not suitable.
There are no limitations on the length or width of your pool and there are two different height options (1.2m and 1.5m) for use in-ground or above-ground.
All HeatForm pools are custom designed and manufactured in Devon, UK. Through the use of their 100% recycled, engineered foam insulation designed for optimal heat retention, you can reduce your pool’s energy consumption by up to 50% compared to traditional concrete pools.

In-Ground Pools
Manufactured in the UK with insulation from 100% recycled PET plastic bottles, HeatForm’s in-ground pools are entirely flexible, allowing unlimited lengths and widths. With three height options, option to suit all ages and abilities.
Our in-ground pools are quick and easy to install, whatever the weather. HeatForm panel pool systems use less concrete than more traditional pool builds, as only the pool floor needs to be concreted and not the walls. As well as helping the environment, this decreases installation time and reduces on-site disruption.
A 10m x 5m pool can have its walls erected within a day and this is not weather dependant. The panels are secured into place and backfilled, allowing completion time in a matter of weeks. Pool flow and return filtration plus LED lights can be easily added where you need them, using the pre-positioned recesses.

Sport Pools
HF Sport Exercise Pools, with their own integrated swim jet, are designed to optimise all levels of workout and physical therapy from intense triathlon training through to gentle rehabilitation to help ease aches and pains.
Swimming against a smooth counter-current, you effectively swim on the spot and never reach the end of the pool. They are a perfect choice for people who perhaps do not have the space or budget for a full size pool but want to invest in all the physical and mental benefits that swimming has to offer. The HF Sport is available in two standard sizes – 5m x 2.5m and 6m x 3m, with depth options of 1.5m wall (1.35m water) or 1.2m wall (1.05m water) and can be installed in ground or above ground. Above ground pools have an adjustable steel support system which allows the panels to be fixed to a concrete floor, providing a fully self-supported pool which can be situated either indoors or outdoors. A steel support system surrounds the panels creating a strong and sturdy structure, which is bolted to a concrete floor slab. Adjustable elements are built into the design to remove alignment issues and ensure a perfect finish to your pool project.
Each pool can be customised with your own choice of pool liner and Lighthouse can help you to complete the package providing you with all the equipment and accessories required to get you up and running. From pumps to pool cleaners we can offer a turn key solution.
It is possible to externally clad the pool to ensure it reflects your own personal taste and fits with the surrounding environment. Counter current exercise jets can also add an extra fitness element to your pool. Our specially developed end panel can be added into the pool build to incorporate the HF Velocity counter current.
